Momohana is the brain child of David & Chef Ken Lin.
French and Taiwanese, the combination of their minds have designed a restaurant where the richness of Asian flavors is elevated by the sophistication of European dining.
David is from Lyon, one of the French capitals of ‘bistronomie’, a culinary movement where informal yet elegant surroundings are complemented by high quality ingredients and innovative techniques of gastronomy.
This is where Chef Ken comes in. The mind behind Alina Sushi Restaurant, he brings his skills honed all over the world from Japan,Taiwan and London, to Anguilla and Sint Maarten.
From Monday to Saturday, he crafts an unique menu with spectacular flavours that David’s French flair delivers to your table.
